NEW BUSINESS
7a. through 7d. Assessment Hearings
The following list of projects are substantially complete and to a
point where all assessible cost are known. Therefore, Staff is
recommending setting assessment hearing dates for the following four
(4) projects:
Jay Simons/ 130th Street Improvements
West Ridge 1st Addition Street & Utility Improvements
O'Leary's Hills 2nd Addition Street & Utility Improvements
Valley Oaks Addition -Phase II -Street & Utility Improvements
We are recommending that these assessment hearings be held at the
September 1, 1987 meeting with the hearings beginning at 8:00 p.m. I
will have the resolutions prepared for distribution at the meeting.
