5f. Approve Final Payment/Accept Shannon. Park lst Addition Utilities
The Contractor has completed his construction and our Consulting
Engineer and a representative from the Public Works Department have
conducted the necessary final inspections to satisfy us that the City
can make final payment for this project. Prior to the final
inspection, the Citys Consultant has documented that the utilities
constructed within this project have passed all necessary test.
Therefore, I would recommend that Council approve the second and final
payment for Shannon Park 1st Addition Utilities in the amount of
$12,786.04 and accept the utilities for perpetual maintenance.
