5g. Approve Final Payment/Accept West Ridge Utilities
The Contractor has completed all the work for this project and is
requesting final payment in the amount of $29,036.46. The improvements
have passed all required inspections and the representative of the City
along with the inspector for our Consulting Engineer performed a final
inspection on August 12, 1987 and found all work to be completed
satisfactorily.
Therefore, I would recommend that Council approve final Payment #5 to
Austin P. Keller in the amount of $29,036.46 and accept the utilities
built in this project for perpetual maintenance.
