RE: 3.2 Non -intoxicating Liquor License for Knights of Columbus
Representatives from Knights of Columbus have contacted me for issuance
of a beer license for their softball tournament on August 28-30.
Dave Bechtold has advised me they will be covered under the liquor
insurance policy issued to the Rosemount Men's Softball Association.
Since this insurance policy expires on August 23rd, the Men's Softball
Association is in the process of extending the policy to cover the
Knights of Columbus tournament. I have been assured this will occur.
Therefore, I would recommend that Council approveissuance of an on -sale
non -intoxicating liquor licensetoKnights of Columbus, August 28-30,
contingent upon receipt of effective insurance and their $15 application
fee (which I also have been assured I will receive.)
