Award Contract 1987-5, O'Leary's Hills 3rd Addition Streets & Utilities
Council continued this item from the August 18, 1987 meeting because
the Developer had not officially closed on his property and therefore
could not begin his grading operations. Since that time the Developer
has closed on the property and assured me that he will have his grading
operations completed within 2 weeks. This should allow adequate time
for us to prepare the contract documents and obtain the necessary
signatures.
Therefore, I recommend that Council award the Contract 1987-5,
O'Leary's Hills 3rd Addition Street and Utilities, to the low bidder,
American Contracting Company, in the amount of $148,675.47 and
authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract documents.
