Doyle Path Vacation Recommendation
It is my understanding that Spectro Alloys has closed with Hollenback
& Nelson on the purchase of Lots 4 & 5 of the Hollenback & Nelson
Addition. Hollenback & Nelsons attorney is also drawing up the
necessary papers to combine Lots 4 & 5, thereby eliminating our concern
of leaving a lot without public access. However, I have still not
received any of the new easement dedications.
Therefore, I would recommend that Council table any action on the Doyle
Path vacation until staff receives the necessary easement documents and
documentation as to the permanent lot combination.
