RE: Pizza Hut Non-Intoxicating License
There is going to be a change in the corporate officers at Pizza Hut,
Inc. at corporate level. In order to allow compliance with our
ordinances, your approval of allowing these changes on their non-
intoxicating liquor license is necessary. A copy of the letter we.
received in this matter is attached. This letter references the old and
the new corporate officers.
Your action then would be to approve the change of names of corporate
officers on their license with the city.

PIZZA HUTS OF THE NORTHWEST, INC,
The above corporation operates Pizza Hut restaurants and holds licenses for
the sale of beer and/or wine in your jurisdiction.
On November 1, 1987, D. J. McClure will resign as President, Treasurer and
Director of the corporation. Michael C. Moline will be appointed to fill
those vacancies. Teresa J. Roll will be appointed as Vice President,
Assistant Secretary, and Director. I will continue in my present
capacities. Following this change, the officers and directors will be:
Michael C. Moline, President, Treasurer, and Director
Edward C. Johnson, Vice President, Secretary, and Director
Teresa J. Roll, Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Director.
There will be no change in stock ownership; A & M Food Services, Inc. will
continue to be the sole stockholder.
Mr. Moline and Ms. Roll will assume their duties November 1, 1987, subject
to your approval.
Please advise us of your requirements to effect the above officer changes.
Mail all information to the Law Department at the above address.
