The project consists of a 128 -unit single family detached housing development. Plans do not call for phasing this project, but rather it will be constructed all in one stage. The proposed development, Carrollton 2nd Addition will be served by utilites from a trunk sewer line which crosses the property and from a trunk water line which lies directly south of the property. The MUSA boundary borders the site on three sides and extensive urban development is also occurring on properties located to the south of the site in Section 31. Key to the success of this project is the construction of Shannon Parkway (fall of '87), a collector street which will form the western boundary of the project and will provide access to County Highway 42. 1 6L • Dingle Family Detached Housing Reason for IAW preparation►: List all mandatory category rule a's which apply: 6 MCAR S3,038 R 1 h 7.
