9a. Planning Commission Appeals
We have an appeal from Gerald Burg, for a denial of a side yard
setback variance. We may also have an appeal on Phil's Body Shop
for a possible denial (October 6th Planning Commission Meeting) of #
an expansion of a non -conforming use. Hearings need to be set by
the Council for either or both.
