Unauthorized parking of vehicles or display of vehicles for sale shall not be
permitted on public property or publicly zoned property.

Residential Streets: No trucks, tractors or semi-trailer combination are

permitted to be ;parked on public streets in residential zoning districts,

Residential Neighborhoods: No vehicles are permitted to be parked on
private property in residential zoning districts unless parked in a fully
enclosed, authorized structure, txcept passenger Vehicles and recreation
vehicles which are parked in designated parking . areas or, the seasonal
parking or owner occupiedproperty of recreation 'vehicles .and passenger
vehicles, provided such seasonal parking does not occupy front , yards and is
