RESOLUTION 1987- 6d
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTION AS THEY
APPEAR ON THE FACE OF THE ELECTION RETURNS AS MADE BY
THE ELECTION JUDGES AND SUBMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount held its City Election on November 3,
1987 to elect a mayor for a. term of two (2) years and two (2)
councilmembers for a term of four (4) years.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a canvass of the votes revealed the
following results for the city election:
FOR MAYOR
FOR COUNCIL
ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1987.
Roll call vote for passage of this Resolution was as follows:

CITY OF ROSEMOUNT
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 8,
CHAPTER 2, ROSEMOUNT CITY.CODE
The City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota, ordains as
follows•
Section 1: Title 8, Chapter 2, of the Rosemount City code is
amended to read as follows:
"INSERT ENTIRE NEW CHAPTER 2 HERE"
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1987.
