CITY OF ROSEMOUNT
RESOLUTION 1987-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 10
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount has
recommended approval of Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment
No. 10, which causes the addition of forty-two (42) ,acres to the
Metropolitan Urban Service Area; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has approved Comprehensive
Guide Plan Amendment No. 10.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the. City Council of the City
- of Rosemount hereby approves Comprehensive Guide Plan
Amendment No. 10, subject to PUD Final Development Plan and
Plat Approval for Carrollton 2nd Addition.
Adopted this 17th day of November, 1987.
