Change Order No. 1 to Connemara Trail. Citv Contract 1987-5
Change Order #1 provides for the installation of some 4" perforated PVC drain
tile within the parking lot that we constructed for the Country Hills
Neighborhood Park. The soil in this area needed to be subcut and backfilled with
select granular material to make a good subgrade for the parking lot. In doing
so a pocket was created and we were concerned that we would not obtain adequate
underground drainage because of the poor soil surrounding the parking lot.
Therefore our Consultant recommended the installation of this pipe to drain the
area underneath the parking lot.
I would recommend that Council approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $1,600.00
and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign it.

Add 100 LF @ $16.00/LF -- $1,600.00
Purpose of Change Order.
To provide positive drainage for the subgrade material in the
parking lot adjacent to Connemara Trail.
