RE: Approval of Applications for Liquor License for 1988
As of this date the city has received applications for liquor licenses
for next year from the following businesses. I have listed with each
business the type of liquor license they have applied for, and I am
recommending that you consider for approval.
(1) Shenanigan's: Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License
(2) City Limits Lanes_ & Lounge: On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License
(3) Kady's Restaurant & Saloon: On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License
(4) Rosemount VFW Post 9433: Club On -Sale Liquor License
On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License
(5) Rosemount American Legion: Club On -Sale Liquor License
On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License
The required fees for each license were accompanied with the applications.
The insurance and bond were submitted with each application except for the
Rosemount American Legion application. Therefore, I recommend approval, of the
liquor license applications received from Shenanigan's, City Limits,Lanes &
Lounge, Kady's, and VFW. I would also recommend your approval of the American
Legion application subject to receipt of required insurance and bonding'.
