ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Presentation of Certificate of Appreciation. SUMMARY Ryan Forster has served on the Planning Commission from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Forster has been a valuable asset to the Commission. During his tenure on the Commission, the City approved many new residential developments including several neighborhoods in Greystone and Prestwick Place. He also assisted in numerous commercial developments such as the construction of Arby’s, Chipotle, and Downtown projects such as Culver’s and Fluegels. For the last year, Mr. Forester, along with the entire Planning Commission have set the groundwork for the 2018 Comprehensive Plan update. The City Council and staff would like to thank Mr. Forster for serving his community and helping to shape a better future for Rosemount.
