ATTACHMENTS: Site Location Map, Building Elevation, Floor Plan and Site Plan APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the revised leasing office/maintenance building SUMMARY The City Council is being asked to consider a request by Warren Israelson (Copperhead Development, Inc.) to modify the plans for the caretakers/leasing office space located at the north end of the Rosemount Crossing project. The building has been expanded to allow for an indoor basketball court, available for the development’s residents. All other aspects of the project remain the same. Staff is requesting the Council approve the building modification. The exterior will be consistent with the previous plans and conditions approved. The intention of the approval is to document the change to the recently approved final site and building plans for the project. The revised plans will be added to the previously approved PUD agreement. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the revised caretakers/leasing office building to include an indoor court.
