APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDATION: Information Item ISSUE Staff wanted to provide a brief review of the Business Appreciation lunch since the event will occur th prior to the next Port Authority meeting. The lunch is scheduled for February 8 at the Steeple Center. The main speaker will be the new Chamber President Maureen Scallen Failor. The Mayor will also provide a brief 2017 retrospective on the community with the Port Chair providing information regarding 2017 economic development work. As usual, the event will end promptly at 1:00pm so that people can return to their work day.
