RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution to Appoint Erin E. Fasbender to the
position of City Clerk Effective February 5, 2018.
ISSUE
Erin E. Fasbender has accepted the position of City Clerk with the City of Rosemount.
BACKGROUND
According to State Statutes, the City Clerk needs to be appointed to perform statutory duties on behalf
of the City of Rosemount.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the resolution to appoint Erin E. Fasbender to the Position of City Clerk
effective February 5, 2018.

RESOLUTION 2018- _____
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Erin E. Fasbender is hereby appointed City Clerk of the City of Rosemount, effective
February 5, 2018.
2. The City Clerk will perform all statutory duties of a City Clerk and perform such duties as
may be prescribed from time to time by the City Council.
ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2018.
