ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the Labor Agreement for the Teamsters, Local No. 320 Collective Bargaining Unit for the Years 2018 through 2019 and to Authorize the Necessary Signatures. ISSUE The City of Rosemount and Teamsters, Local No. 320 (Public Works) have negotiated in good-faith and have come to a tentative agreement. BACKGROUND Negotiations with the Teamsters union have been completed for a 2018 through 2019 contract. The Collective Bargaining Unit and City have reached a tentative agreement on the following items: Wages in the 2 Year Contract (2018 & 2019) 2.75% increase on January 1, 2018 2.75% increase on January 1, 2019 VEBA/HSA Contribution Increase from $530/year to $585/year. Clothing Allowance Increase by $30.00 in 2018 ($630/year). SUMMARY The Teamsters members voted and approved these contract changes on February 7th. Therefore, it is requested that Council approve the labor agreement for the Teamsters, Local 320 Collective Bargaining Unit for the years 2018 through 2019 and to authorize the necessary signatures.
