ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the item listed in the executive summary as surplus property and for staff to try to sell the equipment or appropriately dispose of the item. ISSUE The Parks and Recreation Department is asking that the City Council declare a stove/oven and a dishwasher from the Family Resource Center as surplus property. The equipment was installed in 2010 but is no longer needed at the facility based on the operations of the building tenant, 360 Communities. 360 Communities has requested that the equipment be removed. By declaring the stove/oven and dishwasher as surplus property, it will authorize staff to appropriately sell, recycle or dispose of the equipment.
