RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss future municipal facility needs and provide direction as
needed.
BACKGROUND
Staff would like to engage the City Council in a discussion on future municipal facility needs, specifically in
light of the recommendations of the Facility Task Force. Some preliminary investigative work has been
completed on this task, and staff wishes to update the Council on those efforts.
Based on discussion and direction received at the work session, staff would consider next steps in the
preliminary investigation of any opportunity and would report back to the Council in subsequent meetings.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests the City Council discuss future municipal facility needs and provide staff direction on
potential next steps.
