Park Improvement Fund Balance as of April 30, 2018: $5759208.84 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees - $105200 Grants/Other - $24,500 Interest - $145.19 Donations - $0 Expenditures - $10,166.33 (Greystone Park Development and Horseshoe Lake Park) Flint Hills Athletic Fields - The pro)ect started construction on Wednesday, May 15 and will be under construction for about three months. We hope to seed the fields in August and staff expects them to open for play in the spring of 2020. Dugout Improvements UMore Ballfields - The dugout pro)ect that was requested byDCTC at the UMore Ballfields was approved by the City Council and we will start construction in the fall of 2018. Inver Grove Heights Ice Agreement - For the past several months the City of Rosemount, RAHA and the City of Inver Grove Heights has been working on an agreement that would have the City of Rosemount and RAHA sharing in the cost to make improvements on one of the sheets of ice at the Inver Grove Heights Community Center. In return for the cost sharing of the two Rosemount organizations, RAHA would receive priority use of prime time ice on the west rink in Inver Grove Heights. The City Council recently approved moving forward with the ice deal in IGH and we also have a cost share agreement with RAHA to help pay for the pro)ect. The improvements at the IGH rink will start in June and RAHA will start using the ice in the fall of 2018.
