ISSUE The second phase of improvements is currently under construction at the Flint Hills Athletic Complex. As you may recall, the improvements are to include four new green fields, sun shelter, trails, parking lot, access driveway, and landscaping. City staff have been working to get donations to help reduce the cost of the project.
