ISSUE
The City has contracted with Retail Strategies to conduct retail attraction to our designated commercial
areas. One of the recruitment activities is the International Council of Shopping Centers conference held
in Las Vegas during the month of May. In 2018, the conference was May 20-23 and our client rep, Beth
Miller has scheduled an update to staff on Monday, June 18, prior to the Port Authority meeting.
There are no materials from Retail Strategies at this time; hopefully there will be some information that can
be shared with the group after the presentation/update on the 18th.
