BACKGROUND
Rebecca Higgins, the chair of the Rosemount Environment and Sustainability Taskforce (REST) will
provide the City Council with a brief update on the activities of the REST, as required by the Taskforce
Bylaws. The City of Rosemount formed the REST in 2016 to advise the City Council on issues related to
the environment and sustainability. More information will be provided at the Council meeting.
