Public Improvements for Perpetual Maintenance.
BACKGROUND
Greystone 4th Addition, City Project 462, was approved for final plat on March 3rd, 2015. Public
improvements installed as part of this project include streets, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
during the 2015 construction season.
The developer requested final acceptance of the public improvements and has submitted documentation
required for public acceptance, including record drawings and the final pay voucher. As the project was
constructed in 2015, staff has waived the requirement for warranty deeds and lien waivers. WSB, the City’s
designer/inspector for the project, submitted a letter October 11, 2018 that recommends approval and
acceptance of the public improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Upon City acceptance of the work, the public improvements constructed in Greystone 4th Addition, City
Project 462, shall become City property per the subdivision agreement. Staff recommends that City
