At its regular meeting on December 16, 2014, the City of Rosemount City Council approved a
Conditional Use Permit for Spectro Alloy to allow Outdoor Structures in Excess of 15% of the
Gross Floor Area of the Principal Building to Install a Custom Clean Charge (CCC) System, subject
to the conditions contained in Resolution 2014-133, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
