T O W HOM I T M AY C ONCERN:
N OTICE I S H EREBY G IVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public
Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as
soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for
property located at 13220 Doyle Path, Rosemount, legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 Spectro Alloys Addition
Dakota County, Minnesota
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the application received from
Spectro Alloys Corporation for issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the aggregate area of
outdoor structures and equipment to exceed 15% of the principal building square footage.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public
hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward
all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call
651-322-2051.
