RE: Request for variance regarding 13220 Doyle Path
Dear City Rosemount City Council,
As president of REEP,the non-profit entity that owns two parcels of land on Hwy 55 near the parcel
under consideration for variance, I strongly object to the variance.
REEP is a non-profit entity formed for real estate education and scholarships at the University of St.
Thomas Real Estate Program. UST students plan to develop this property for an income producing real
estate asset that will fund scholarships. The variance will greatly hinder the student's options regarding
development.
The two parcels are identified as PIN 34-23501-01-010 and PIN 34-23501-01-020.
