We have just completed upgrading Doyle Path and installing a new cul de sac with Class 5 base, new blacktop paving and shoulder finishing according to your required specifications at Hollenback Nelson Addition I. We now request the City of Rosemount to accept Doyle Path and the new cul de sac as shown on Plot plan by Harry S. Johnson Company, Inc. First Addition that is taken over by a new blacktopped cul de sac installed in October and November of 1987. We have requested that newly blacktopped roadway and cul de sac be taken over by the City of Rosemount and be maintained as part of their public roadway system. I am now asking for some clarification of this request. A letter of acceptance or some verification that the new roadway and cul de sac in Hollenback Nelson, Inc. Enclosed is a sketch illustrating the portion the Council vacated. One of the conditions of this vacation was that the developers construct a cul -de -sac at the northerly end of the remaining public portion of Doyle Path. This new cul -de -sac requires some additional easement on Lot 4 of Block 1 and Lot 4 of Block 2, copies of which are enclosed. My request of you is that your office prepare the necessary easement documents and forward to the appropriate people for signatures and also record these easements once they are returned with all the appropriate signatures. We have inspected the workmanship and quality of the materials used in this project and find them to be acceptable. There is one minor item you have left to complete, that being to seed the disturbed areas within the boulevards. I would ask that you will guarantee to the City in writing that this will be completed by June 1, 1988. We are now in the process of preparing the easement document for your signatures so that we may record the new easement description on part of Lot 4, Block -1 and Lot 4, Block 2 of the Hollenback Nelson First Addition. I hope to be returning to you the easement document for your signatures by mid January. Once you return the executed easements, then I' will proceed with following up the vacation of Doyle Path to the east of the cul -de -sac.
