Application for Transmission Facilities
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public
Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, August 12, 1997, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. This public
hearing pertains to land located along the north side of the right -of -way for Co. Rd. 38 (McAndrews
Road) from Dodd Blvd. to Hwy. 3 for approx. 1897 feet, and along the west side of Hwy. 3 (So.
Robert Trail) for approx. 2365 feet, and along the east side of Hwy. 3 (So. Robert Trail) for
approximately 532 feet.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review the Transmission Facilities application by Cooperative
Power to install overhead 69 KV transmission lines.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public
hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all
written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 322-
2051.

I am a United States citizen and the duly qualified Clerk of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota.
On July 29, 1997, acting on behalf of the City, I posted at the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West,
and deposited in the United States Post Office, Rosemount, Minnesota, a copy of the attached
notice of a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the application for Transmission Facilities
filed by Cooperative Power pertaining to property located along the north side of the right -of -way
for Co. Rd. 38 (McAndrews Road) from Dodd Blvd. to Hwy. 3 for approx. 1897 feet, and along
the west side of Hwy. 3 (So. Robert Trail) for approx. 2365 feet, and along the east side of Hwy.
3 (So. Robert Trail) for approximately 532 feet in Rosemount, Minnesota, addressed to the
persons listed on the attached listing at the addresses listed with their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the place of mailing and the places so
addressed.
