TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold
a public hearing to consider the item here listed on Tuesday, February 27, 1996, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as
soon thereafter as possible. This public hearing pertains to property located at 13320 Doyle
Path. The property is legally described as follows:
Lots 1,2,3, and 4, Block 1; Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, and that part of vacated Doyle
Path accrued thereto, all in HOLLENBACK NELSON, INC. FIRST ADDITION,
Dakota County, Minnesota.
The public hearing concerns the administrative plat requested by Spectro Alloys, Inc. that
will combine six platted lots with vacated city right -of -way as required by the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City od Rosemount to eliminate encroachments across property lines.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled
public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting date.
Please forward all written comments and or inquiries to the Planning Department of the
City of Rosemount or call 322 -2052.

I am a United States citizen and the duly qualified Clerk of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota.
On February 16, 1996 acting on behalf of the said City, I posted at the City Hall, 2875 145th
Street West, and deposited in the United States Post Office, Rosemount, Minnesota, a copy of
the attached notice of a Public Hearing for consideration of an administrative plat to combine
six platted lots for industrial use and vacate a portion of right -of -way as submitted for property
located at 13320 Doyle Path, enclosed in sealed envelopes, with postage thereon fully prepaid,
addressed to the persons listed on the attached listings at the addresses listed with their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the place of mailing and the places so
addressed.
