Spectro Alloys Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, hereby
dedicates to the public for use as Doyle Path, forever, that land
located in Dakota County, Minnesota described as follows:
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, HOLLENBACK NELSON, INC.
FIRST ADDITION lying within an 83 foot radius circle
the radius point of which is on the center line of
Doyle Path, as dedicated on said addition, and 83.66
feet Southeasterly of the extension Northeasterly of
the Northwesterly line of Lot 4, Block 2 of said
addition; also that part of said Lot 4, Block 1 lying
between the above described circle and a 12 foot radius
circle which is tangent to both the above described
circle and the Northeasterly line of said Lot 4, Block
1.

That part of Lot 4, Block 2, HOLLENBACK NELSON, INC.

STREET VACATION
Pursuant to the resolution by the Rosemount City Council at
a public hearing on 1987, and the
applicant having met all of the contingencies, that part of Doyle
Path located in the City of Rosemount, Dakota County, Minnesota
described as follows:
That part of Doyle Path as dedicated in the plat of
HOLLENBACK NELSON, INC. FIRST ADDITION lying
Southeasterly of an 83 foot radius circle, the radius
point of which is on the center line of said Doyle Path
and 83.66 feet Southeasterly of the extension
Northeasterly of the Northwesterly line of Lot 4, Block
2 of said addition.
is hereby vacated.
