9.a. Presentation of Results of Annual Survey
The City completes a scientifically-significant survey of residents every two years in order to assess
the opinions of residents on a number of important topics. The City engaged with the Nation
Research Center (NRC) based out of Colorado to execute the survey. NRC presented the results to
council and discussed the responses received.
NRC summarized that Rosemount residents generally feel satisfied about living in Rosemount based
on the survey results. The benchmark comparisons help give a staff and council a sense of where
Rosemount falls within other communities.
Final reports should be available on the city website in the next few weeks where citizens can
analyze these results further.
Motion by Weisensel Second by DeBettignies
Motion to Accept results as presented for the annual survey from NRC
