SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
NOVEMBER 13, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145th
Street West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Nelson and Freske
attending.
Staff present included the following;
o City Administrator Martin o City Clerk Fasbender
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
NEW BUSINESS
a. Canvassing Board Oath of Office
Administrator Martin delivered the Oath of Office to the Canvassing Board.
b. Canvass and Certification of results from November 6, 2018 General Election
City Clerk Fasbender presented the abstract of votes cast for the November 6th, General Election.
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Nelson
Motion to declare Tammy Block, Paul Essler and William Droste winners of the November
6, 2018, City of Rosemount General Election.
Ayes: DeBettignies, Nelson, Droste, Freske
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste, the
meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
