RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Set the 2019 - 2020 Utility Commission Meetings per
the Attached Calendar.
Attached is a calendar with highlighted dates for possible meetings, keep in mind that the Utility
Commission meets the Monday after the second Tuesday of the month. Please note the proposed changes
from January 20th, which is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day to the January 13th which is the preceding Monday
and from February 17th which is President’s Day to February 10th which is the preceding Monday.
Meetings can be changed as long as it is voted on and there is a quorum present.
Please bring your 2019 calendars so as to discuss any potential conflicts.
