RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the item listed in the executive summary as
surplus property and for staff to try to sell the equipment or appropriately dispose of the
item.
ISSUE
The Parks and Recreation Department is asking that the City Council declare a 1994 U-shaped desk from
the Rosemount Community Center as surplus property. The equipment was purchased with opening of
the building and has not been used since 2008. By declaring the desk as surplus property, it will authorize
staff to appropriately sell, recycle or dispose of the equipment.
The item listed below is no longer used within the City’s operations.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council declare the listed items as surplus property.
