Park Improvement Fund Balance as of January 31, 2019: $920,108.18
Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows:
Dedication fees — $88,226.79

Interest - $753.31
Donations - $0
Expenditures - $3,557.78 (UMore Dugout Project)
Winds Park Neighborhood meeting — A meeting to discuss the future playground improvements at
Winds Park was held on February 21 at the Steeple Center. Staff will provide an update regarding the
meeting on Monday.
Winter Fun Fest —join Rosemount Parks and Recreation on Friday, February 22 from 6pm - 8pm for a
night of FREE family fun in the Gymnasium and Arena at the Rosemount Community Center! Activities
include music, inflatable jumpies and slides, carnival games, ice skating plus much more.
Rosemount Home & Business Expo
Plan to attend the Rosemount Home and Business Expo on Saturday, March 16 from 9 am — 3 pm at the
Rosemount Community Center. Businesses and organizations will exhibit products and services to
families in our growing community.
Warminghouses — The City's Warminghouses will close for the season on March 9, 2019.
