CALL TO ORDER: Eliason called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None 3. AUDIENCE INPUT: None 4. DISCUSSION: None 5. OLD BUSINESS: None 6. NEW BUSINESS: a. Update on 2019 Projects - Hope Fieldhouse: tentatively break ground in April. - Carrols Woods: buckthorn community event April 27h. - Family Resource Center Expansion: Out for bids February/March - Winds Playground: Neighborhood Meeting 2/21 from 6:30-7:30 - Bella Vista Greenway Trail - Skate Park re -design b. Update on Facilities Needs Assessment & Feasibility Study - Joint Meeting with City Council on 2/25/19 c. Director's Report Park Improvement Fund Balance as of December 31, 2018: $873,186.55 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees — $290,426.79 Grants/Other - $0 Interest - $479.80 Donations - $0 Expenditures - $152,868.05 (Horseshoe Lake Park and UMore Dugouts) ADJOURNMENT - MOTION by Eliason to adjourn the meeting.
