RECOMMENDED ACTION: Elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer for the
Port Authority for the year 2019.
BACKGROUND
The Bylaws of the Port Authority require the election of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer
at its annual meeting which is the first meeting in April.
After the 2018 elections the Chairperson was Jeff Weisensel; Vice Chairperson was Heidi Freske; and
Treasurer was Mark DeBettignies.
RECOMMENDATION
Elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer for the Port Authority for the year 2019.
