ISSUE
Progress continues to be made on the Downtown redevelopment project. Mike Waldo of Ron Clark
Construction will be in attendance Tuesday night to further discuss the project and timing.
Staff will also have information about next steps relating to a Redevelopment TIF District. There a lot of
moving pieces on this project expected in the coming months, so this will be a valuable conversation.
