RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve Cooperation Agreement and First and
Second Supplements and Authorize the City Administrator and City Clerk to enter into the
Agreement.
BACKGROUND
In the past, the City has participated in the Dakota County Community Development Block grant program,
HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant. A Cooperation Agreement with
supplements must be entered into with the County and individual participant cities. These agreements are
required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The attached agreement covers
participation from 2020-2022.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is requesting motion to approve the Agreement and supplements.
