ISSUE
Staff would like to discuss with the Commission our Park Facility Priority Use list which is part of the
City's Fees and Fee Policy. The current language in the policy is as listed below:
II.OUTDOOR FACILITIES
A. Fa&FatyPaaaty Use
All City of Rosemount Parks and Recreation Activities mill be given priority; all facilities ,;%iD be
scheduled to acconxnxodate these activities. After all Parrs and Recreation activities have been
scheduled according, then requests mill be granted to other users in order of their priority as listed
Mow . User Groups 2, 5, 6 and -are charged facility fees for tournaments and camps only. Fees
are not charged for regular season play.

Staff feels the list should be reviewed and possibly updated based on the changes that have taken
place with Salvo Soccer, the agreements we have with DCTC and the growing programs of RAAA.
