Park Improvement Fund Balance as of June 30, 2019: $1,446,217.95 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees — $119,000 Grants/Other - $0 Interest - $395.84 Donations - $0 Expenditures - $17,375.35 (UMore Ballfield Dugouts, Horseshoe Lake Park and Dunmore Greenway) Upcoming payments — DCTC from $263,300 and $278,800 from Caramore Crossing Schwarz Pond Park - A local firm, Boulder Images, is placing boulders to form the perimeter of the yet - to -be constructed nature based play area. The boulder wall will complement the natural elements in the play area and will provide an additional climbing/balancing opportunity for park users. The installation of the nature play elements will begin on August 1. Winds Park - The new playground equipment has finally been installed at Winds Park. The equipment was ordered last winter and was delivered to the park several weeks ago. Installation crews are way behind schedule due to the wet weather we have had this spring and this project was not completed when we had hoped, but it is completed and ready for use.
