ISSUE Staff would like to again discuss with the Commission our Park Facility Priority Use list which is part of the City's Fees and Fee Policy. The current language in the policy is as listed below: II.OUTDOOR FACILITIES A Park FacOn• Priodri• Use All City of Rosemount Parks and Recreation Activities will be giren priority: all facilities win be schedi&d to accommodate these activities. After all Parks and Recreation activities hare been scheduled accordingly, then requests will be granted to other users in order of their prioritr as listed below. User Groups 2, S. 6 and " are charged facility_ fees for tournaments and camps only_ Fees are not charged for regular season play_ 1. Citr Sponsored Events - AIl Parks and Recreation Actirities which include, but are not limited to. adult leagues. tournaments, playground programs, special erents, etc_ 2. IRAAA. Dakota Rev and RAHA 3. Rosemount Non -Profit and Civic/ Service Groups 4. Rosemount Residents 3. Rosemau nt ISD 196 Schools 6. Rosemount Non -Public Schools Rosemount Colleges and Universities S. All other Requests Staff feels the list should be reviewed and possibly updated based on the changes that have taken place with Salvo Soccer, the agreements we have with DCTC and the growing programs of RAAA. Staff will have a recommendation to share with the Commission at the meeting on Monday.
