ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the Labor Agreement for the Teamsters, Local No. 320 Collective Bargaining Unit for the Years 2020 through 2021 and to Authorize the Necessary Signatures. BACKGROUND The City of Rosemount and Teamsters, Local No. 320 (Public Works) have negotiated in good-faith and have come to a tentative agreement. Negotiations with the Teamsters union have been completed for a 2020 through 2021 contract. The Collective Bargaining Unit and City have reached a tentative agreement on the following items: Wages in the 2 Year Contract (2020 & 2021) 3% increase on January 1, 2020 3% increase on January 1, 2021 VEBA/HSA Contribution Increase from $585/year to $635/year. Clothing Allowance Increase by $20.00 (to $650.00) in 2020 and to $675.00 in 2021. On-Call Assignment Pay (via MOU) Increase weekly on-call amount by $40.00 (to $350.00). RECOMMENDATION The Teamsters members voted and approved these contract changes on December 10th. Therefore, it is requested that Council approve the labor agreement for the Teamsters, Local 320 Collective Bargaining Unit for the years 2020 through 2021 and to authorize the necessary signatures.
