RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the license for the firms listed in the
executive summary to haul solid waste in the City of Rosemount.
BACKGROUND
As required by Ordinance 5-1-5, solid waste haulers in Rosemount are required to obtain a license from
the City. The haulers listed below have submitted a 2020 Solid Waste Haulers License Application, have
provided all of the information required in the application, and have paid their license fee.
1. Alpha Container Services Construction
2. Keith Krupenny and Son Construction
3. Tennis Roll Off, LLC Construction
4. Lloyd’s Construction Services Construction
5. Aspen Waste Systems Inc. Commercial
6. Ray Anderson & Sons Co. Inc. Construction, Commercial
7. Randy’s Sanitation Commercial, Construction
8. Highland Sanitation Residential, Commercial
9. Inver Grove Sanitation Residential, Commercial
10. Republic Servicers Residential, Commercial
11. DSI Residential, Commercial, Construction
12. Waste Management Residential, Commercial, Construction
13. Nitti Sanitation Residential, Commercial, Construction
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Council approve the Solid Waste Haulers License Application for the firms listed
above.
