CLOSED SPECIAL WORK SESSION PROCEEDINGS
JANUARY, 21 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a closed work session meeting of the Rosemount City Council
was held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Rosemount City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order at 8:15 pm with Council Members Weisensel, Block, Essler,
and Freske attending.
DISCUSSION
In a closed session following the regular City Council meeting, the City Council conducted the annual
performance review of City Administrator Martin. A report on the results of City Administrator
Martin’s performance review will be provided at the next City Council meeting on February 4, 2020.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, with a motion from Freske, second
by Droste, the closed meeting was adjourned at 10:03 p.m.
