ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: ELF RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the items listed in the executive summary as surplus property and for staff to appropriately recycle, sell or dispose of the items. ISSUE The Parks and Recreation Department is asking that the City Council declare an Ink Jet 130 poster maker/printer, Air Hockey Table and a Bubble Hockey Game at the Rosemount Community Center as surplus property. The 2010 printer was replaced in late 2019 and the old machine is no longer operable for making posters. The air hockey game was purchased in 2000 and the bubble hockey in 2005. They are no longer used by the City. By declaring these items as surplus property, it will authorize staff to appropriately recycle, sell or dispose of the equipment. The items listed below are no longer used within the City’s operations: Ink Jet 130 Poster Maker/Printer Fixed Asset Tag #002173 Air Hockey Table Fixed Asset Tag #001356 Bubble Hockey Game Fixed Asset Tag #001725 RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending that the City Council make a motion to declare the items listed as surplus property and for staff to appropriately recycle, sell or dispose of the items.
