ISSUE
The Parks and Recreation Department is asking that the City Council declare an Ink Jet 130 poster
maker/printer, Air Hockey Table and a Bubble Hockey Game at the Rosemount Community Center as
surplus property. The 2010 printer was replaced in late 2019 and the old machine is no longer operable for
making posters. The air hockey game was purchased in 2000 and the bubble hockey in 2005. They are no
longer used by the City. By declaring these items as surplus property, it will authorize staff to appropriately
recycle, sell or dispose of the equipment.
The items listed below are no longer used within the City’s operations:
Ink Jet 130 Poster Maker/Printer Fixed Asset Tag #002173
Air Hockey Table Fixed Asset Tag #001356
Bubble Hockey Game Fixed Asset Tag #001725

and for staff to appropriately recycle, sell or dispose of the items.
