RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to Continue the Public Hearing until the Planning Commission Meeting on March
31, 2020.
SUMMARY
The City received a request for a simple/administrative plat and a conditional use permit to develop and
operate a brewery/taproom at 12296 Bacardi Avenue. Staff is recommending this item be continued until
the March 31, 2020 Planning Commission meeting in order for the applicant to have time to submit
additional materials/documentation related to their request.
